What happens if I cannot travel due to government COVID restrictions?

If local government restrictions (either in your location, or the location of the property) prevent you being able to stay then you will be able to reschedule your booking for a later date.

What happens if I decide I do not want to stay and cancel my booking?

Should you decide not to travel, our normal booking terms and conditions apply. Your booking would be non-refundable.

What happens if I (or a member of my household) test positive for COVID?

Please do NOT travel to the property and stay at home. We recommend contacting your travel insurance, who will advise if you are eligible to receive any money.

What COVID procedures are in action at the property?

We wish you to have a enjoyable and safe trip. Please be sensitive to the local area where you are visiting (and the areas you pass through to get there) and adhere to any local guidance.

We have tried to ensure that you are not given constant reminders of the global pandemic while staying in our properties, so have kept any relevant signage to an absolute minimum. Hand sanitizer is available in most properties and enhanced cleaning are in effect across all locations.

All our properties operate a self check-in procedure, this is to help reduce contact with our staff members. You will be emailed your check-in information two days before your arrival.

What happens if I (or a fellow guest) develops COVID symptoms during my stay?

Should you or any of your fellow guests develop COVID symptons during your stay, we would strongly suggest that you return to your home immediately, should this situation arise. Should you test positive within 7 days of visiting one of our properties, then we ask that you get in touch with us.
